Light, sound vibration and a resonance chamber merge to bring balance and healing to anyone’s body at Sacred Mountain Harmonics. Located in Mount Shasta and owned by Donna Bringenberg, this unique establishment offers a transformative experience through the innovative technology of the Harmonic Egg®, restoring harmony and unlocking the body’s innate healing potential.
Balancing the body
“When the body is in balance there is an opportunity for healing. It is as simple as that,” Donna says. “From my experience in the past 15 months of seeing clients, I have witnessed the benefits to those with anxiety, nervous system disorders, autism, pregnancy and postpartum issues, autoimmune disorders, grief, death transition and detoxification from mold and heavy metals”
Sessions are an hour, and they begin with an individual setting an intention for their session. Depending on the individual’s needs, specific colors of light and specific types of music are used as the individual sits in a chair in the center of the chamber and soaks up the vibrations, which bounce off the chamber in a unique, geometric pattern.
Sensory regulation for children on the spectrum
With a professional history in birth work and social work, Donna was interested in the Harmonic Egg®’s ability to help children on the autistic spectrum. After attending a session in the Harmonic Egg® and meeting the inventor, Gail Lynn, in Colorado, she knew she wanted one. She set the intention to purchase an Harmonic Egg® to help others to heal. Three years later, though an unexpected inheritance, she was able to purchase a Harmonic Egg®.
Since then, Donna has seen both children and their parents benefit from sessions in the Harmonic Egg®. She wants families to know this is a great, deeply relaxing technology that can serve all members of a family. For children on the autism spectrum or experiencing any developmental delay, the Harmonic Egg® has shown potential in assisting with sensory regulation, helping to calm overtaxed nervous systems. Its gentle vibrations and serene environment provide a nurturing space for individuals of all ages.
Donna noted, “It is wonderful and yet sometimes stressful raising neurodiverse children. I would like parents to know I am here for them. The Harmonic Egg® is a place where parents can find the time to reflect or just relax, rebalance and reset their nervous system. Parenting can be the most wonderful thing in the world and yet it does have its stressful moments. When things build up and inner resources are depleted everyone suffers. Time in the Harmonic Egg® is an opportunity for self-care, just like you might schedule a massage. The Harmonic Egg® massages the inner parts of us. I am also aware that not everyone has the financial means to cover the cost of a Harmonic Egg® session. My policy is to always give opportunities to interested patrons in the form of payment through discounts or barter.”
A supportive healing network
Establishing her business in Mount Shasta was a natural choice for Donna, given her deep connection to the community and the serene ambiance the town provides. So far, Sacred Mountain Harmonics has become a sanctuary for locals and out-of-towners alike. Donna has found the bonds formed within this nurturing space have been an unexpected gift, creating a supportive network of individuals seeking healing and personal growth. Her dedication to providing a space for relaxation, self-care and personal growth has made the Harmonic Egg® a powerful tool for wellness.
