The Center For Healthy Communities (CHC); The Center for Healthy Communi- ties at Chico State (CHC) serves counties in the North State region. CHC is a leading or- ganization that offers a variety of services focusing on food security, including the CalFresh Outreach Program. This program assists qualifying low-income families, individuals, & seniors with purchasing healthy and nutritious foods. CHC helps our community members through the application process while answering any questions they may have.
