The Center For Healthy Communities (CHC); Chico. The Center for Healthy Communities at Chico State (CHC) serves counties in the North State region. CHC is
a leading organization that offers a variety of services focusing on food security, including the CalFresh Outreach Program. This program assists qualifying low-income families, individuals, & seniors with pur- chasing healthy and nutritious foods.
