Nick Rose, MS, is a nutrition educator for PCC Natural Markets in Seattle. He writes their monthly “Ask the Nutritionist” leads weekly "Walk, Talk, and Taste" classes, where he reveals the seasonal, sustainable and delicious food choices that are available.
