Michael Burke is the Executive Director of Pathways to Hope. Pathways to Hope for Children (PHC) serves as an umbrella for a wide range of projects throughout Shasta County that offer community outreach, youth development, family support, and child abuse prevention education (such as child abuse reporting workshops) and awareness activities.
