Want to own your very own turtle?
You can—and it comes with perks. It will make you famous, plus you will be doing a good deed, too.
Purchasing a turtle engraved with your or your family’s name will help support Turtle Bay Exploration Park’s world-class educational and cultural programs. Your name will shimmer in the spotlight, as your turtle swims artfully along with all the other little guys in Turtle Bay’s wonderful flowing River of Turtles.
What a great gift to give to yourself, as a contribution to your community, to honor friends or family, or as a class gift for a beloved teacher. Sometimes we can’t see people we love for the holidays, and Engraved Turtles are a unique way to celebrate a special occasion. Perhaps you’d like to start a new tradition, using Engraved Turtles instead of Christmas tree ornaments this year! Commemorate someone or something special to you—or even a special secret.
Your imagination, a little sparkle and a few bucks is all you need to join the flowing dance of the River of Turtles.
New Turtles are fabricated in groups and should be up within six weeks of purchase. Donors are notified by email once Turtles are installed.
Turtle plaques are $100 for members, $150 for non-members.
To add your personally engraved Turtle to our River, please visit Turtle Bay’s Museum Store or Front Desk to order in person or call (530) 242-3143 to order by phone, or go to: http://www.turtlebay.org/blog/river-of-turtles and click on the link BUY YOUR TURTLE HERE.
