Special Needs Carnival; Durham. For children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. A safe, accepting haven for those with special needs and their families. Carnival goers have access to a wide range of activities tailored spe- cifically for individuals with disabilities, including face painting, a bounce house, adapted games and crafts, sensory activities, a cakewalk, superheroes and other characters.
