Free Books for Kids & Families

Help keep kids reading all summer long at Valley Oak Children’s Services’ annual Summer Book Fair. Research shows that children who continue reading during the summer are more likely to maintain and strengthen literacy skills between school years. This community event helps make that possible by providing free books directly to local families.

Children can choose up to five free books from a wide selection of titles for all ages, from babies and toddlers to teens. Families can build their home libraries, encourage a love of reading, and discover valuable community resources.
