Pumpkin will be voted on these areas:
Most orginal, Public favorite, best utalization of display space, difficulty of design.
Pumpkins are to be picked up from Subarama in Redding at 2658 Hilltop Drive, Redding, CA 96002, between 11am to 4pm October 12th and 13th. You will have until October 20th to create your masterpiece! Pumpkins are to be dropped off at Clair Engle Park in Shasta Lake City between 8am to 12pm. They will be on display, and the public will have an opportunity to vote for their favorite during the carnival. The winner will be announced between 5pm-6pm on October 20th.

How you carve and decorate your pumpkin is up to you. You ARE allowed to add props and items to enhance your pumpkin display.
You will be provided a 3×3′ display area for your pumpkin, and you can decorate and utilize the space to help get public votes.
You must pick up your pumpkin during the pickup window (11am-4pm) on October 12th.
If your pumpkin is not displayed by the opening of the Halloween Carnival at 12pm on October 20th, you will be disqualified.
One entry per individual.
