Let’s move! In this one-day program, your “rookie athlete” will be introduced to a variety of fun and engaging ways to move their bodies. We will learn the basics of basketball, soccer, and throwing games followed by scrimmage time. In addition, we will practice beginning yoga stretches and play classic games that keep us moving. Please pack snacks and water as this program will include time to rest and refresh.
