A free monthly publication

Learn the basics of sewing and bring your imagination to life! Join us for four Mondays in March: 2, 9, 16, and 23.
This beginner-friendly series guides students from sewing machine basics to confident project completion. No experience needed. Small class sizes (3–6 students) allow for personalized instruction. Supplies and machines provided.
Beginner projects: Drawstring bag, circle pillow, pillowcase
Next-level projects: Customized designs based on each student’s skills and interests.
Students will learn machine safety and operation, sewing terminology, measuring and cutting fabric, following patterns, problem-solving, and constructing dimensional projects.
We prioritize sustainable creation using donated and repurposed fabrics. Students may also bring their own materials. (Patterns not included.)
