The annual MLK Holiday Observance is a time that we celebrate, commemorate, and honor the life, legacy, and impact of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  It’s time to refuel our commitments to local civil rights, social justice, and our support for each other.

Join us for a prayer circle and march, informational tables, a bell ringing program, MLK celebration program, and lunch!

MLK Day is also a great time to renew your commitment to SCCAR by renewing your membership for 2026!  Family and individual memberships are $25 and student memberships are $5.  We will have tax receipts available as we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
