A free monthly publication
This class is designed to engage kids in fun, creative, and playful ways that will incorporate using their imagination as they learn yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Each week will rotate through a different focus that helps to improve attention and focus, increase emotional intelligence, and build resiliency. Other benefits of this class include teaching kids healthy coping mechanisms and helping memory and motor skill development.
Each week has a theme, check them out here! From recognizing each child’s strength and beauty in their emotions, to helping kids with mindfulness, to co-creating their own sequence, you won’t want to miss even one week!
Parents are welcome to stay
Your child must be potty trained
Parents must be near to bring children to the restroom
Parent must be present for pick up no later than 5 minutes before class ending
