Celebrate Independence Day and America’s 250th birthday at the annual Los Molinos 4th of July Parade, featuring a special appearance by Red Bluff Historic Chinatown’s dragon for the first time in more than a century.

As part of the nationwide America250 celebration, Red Bluff’s Historic Chinatown will join more than 30 Chinese lion and dragon dance teams across the country in showcasing the rich cultural diversity that has helped shape the United States.

Asian Americans have participated in Fourth of July celebrations for more than 170 years, and Red Bluff’s own Historic Chinatown was part of Independence Day festivities as early as 1908. This year’s parade honors that history while celebrating the diverse communities that continue to strengthen our nation.
