Join First 5 Siskiyou and the Mount Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center for a family nature adventure focused on salmon ecology.

Families will enjoy storytime, a sensory walk, hands-on activities, games and nature journaling while learning about local plants, animals and the connections within our natural world.

Participants will meet by 9:45 a.m. at the Red Rest Stop off I-5 and caravan to the event location. Registration is required to receive exact directions and any weather-related updates. (Location: Big Springs Wildlife Area, Near the Shasta River, east of I-5 Exit 759)
