Calling all History Seekers! It’s time for the Tehama County Museums’ History Keepers & Seekers Rendezvous #3 – a gathering of people interested in the many aspects of the history of Tehama, Shasta, Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Lassen, Plumas and Siskiyou Counties. This event brings together museums, historical societies and genealogical groups. Habert Park shows off vintage trucks, tractors and one-lung hit-or-miss engines. – kids love the Valve Cover Races. Keeper authors write about various facets of history. Two Fiber Arts groups demonstrate spinning, weaving and more – kids are fascinated to see how textiles used to be made. If you are fascinated by the collecting and interpreting of artifacts, learning about the past or if you would like to interact with other history buffs, this event is for you.
