Kentfield Kids is a free opportunity for your kids to get hands-on learning about how our food grows and how it grows them! From toddlers to teens, all ages are welcome to dig their fingers in the soil.

At From The Ground Up Farms, we started a nutrition education and garden program for Butte County Home Schoolers and toddlers in order to provide a safe space to teach our children about nutrition and growing food. There is a new garden related project every week. The parents run this program and From the Ground Up offers the garden space and supplies. The kids have so much fun that they don’t even realize the science, math, nutrition, physical fitness, and so many other lessons that are included in the process of growing food.

All children are welcome and this is a free program.
