The Shasta Seed Library in partnership with CalFresh Healthy Living will be putting on an 8-week garden planting and cooking series to learn how to grow and prepare fresh seasonal produce. You do not have to attend the entire 8-week series. Each week will focus on how to grow and care for a produce item, and the following week will focus on the nutritional value and how to cook with that produce. Pick and choose the classes you most want to attend or sign up for all eight!
