Registration is open for our 8-week Fall Running Program. This group is geared towards those who have the basics of running but need that motivation to get out on the trails and continue to build endurance. Dirt trail running will be explored based on interest in the group. This program will satisfy your love of running, build your endurance and speed, and create lasting bonds with other participants. BEGINNERS are welcome!!! We will start off slow and build based on the needs of the group.

This program is led by Abby Clester, who is a four-time marathoner and two-time, ultra-marathoner, and has run too many local races to count. Over this 8-week program we will use various methods such as run-walk; to progressively help you gain endurance, and sprinting; to help you gain speed, and hills; to help you build strength as well as other tricks and techniques to improve your running game. |
