We are a teaching-based program that uses the principles of US Beach Volleyball and the American Volleyball Coaches Association best practices. Our goal is to expose players in Northern California to beach volleyball and its specific skills.

We focus on developing skills and strategies that will enable players to reach the performance level they desire. Participants train in groups as well as partner drills. All Training sessions will be divided by ability (not age) by instructor.

Skills: Passing, Digging, Setting, Hitting, Serving and

Blocking Tactics: Serve, Receive, Attacking, Transition and Defense Coverage. Match play. Fast double and mini tournaments.

Sessions: Mon, Tues Wed, & Thurs. 9am-12pm
