Join us at the library for Chill Thrills where we will put the cherry on top of a STEAMing hot day by learning the science behind the salt and cream reaction that makes ice cream possible with only a few ingredients: half and half, sugar, vanilla, ice, and salt. Take home your very own hand-made ice cream that will bring a scoop of happiness to the whole family!
