BEE-NATOMY 101 will be an intricate look into the dynamic anatomy of the amazing honeybee. A deep dive into the bodies of our buzzy little buddies. These winged wonders have some incredible features that we are sure you’ll be thrilled to learn more about.

• The gift shop will be open during admission hours, featuring a unique selection of local honey and bee memorabilia.
• Five surrounding north state counties including Butte, Glenn, Shasta, Tehama, and Yuba produce approximately 80 percent of queen bees in the United States. The Honeybee Discovery Center provides education about the importance of honeybees and other pollinators through hands-on activities and exhibits. The Center collaborates with Orland, the 40th “Bee City, USA.”
