Enjoy a “flock” of birds by Richard Baltazar “Baltie” Quintana, a local artist who specializes in creating lifelike sculptures from wire, paper mache, and leather. His work won First Prize in the 2021 West Coast Biennial. He was profiled in Enjoy Magazine in 2019 and his work, once a hobby and now a business, has been featured in Enjoy the Store and is part of Turtle Bay’s art collection.
