Back to School Bash and Health Fair

On Sunday, August 9th, join BLACC as we prepare to go back to school! The event will take place at the Dorothy Johnson Center in Chico, from 11am to 2pm.
This free community event includes:
– backpack and school supply giveaway
– local organizations providing educational resources and health services
– blood drive hosted by Vitalant
– food, drinks, games and more
Backpacks and supplies are “first-come, first-serve”. The goal of the Back to School Bash is to ease the burden of back to school expenses for local families in a fun way that connects the community.
