38th Annual World AIDS Day Remembrance

The community is invited to the commemoration of the 38th annual World AIDS Day as an opportunity to honor the more than 32 million people who have died worldwide from AIDS related illnesses. The theme of the event in 2025 is “Take the Rights Path: My Health, My Right!” It is a time for voices to unite by sharing experiences, remembering those lost, and standing together in the fight against HIV.
The program will include reflections on dealing with HIV/AIDS, music and honoring of those who have passed. Participants are invited to write the name of someone who has passed from AIDS on a paper white angle and hang it on the memorial tree.
