DESCRIPTION:Children and teens ages 18 and under can receive free breakfast and lunch at participating schools\, parks\, libraries\, and community sites throughout Shasta County this summer. \nMeals are available at multiple locations in Redding\, Anderson\, Shasta Lake\, Cottonwood\, Bella Vista\, Montgomery Creek\, and surrounding communities from June through early August. \nImportant: Children must be present to receive meals\, and meals must be eaten on site unless otherwise noted. \nParticipating locations include: \n\nAnderson Parks & Recreation\nRiver Splash Pad (Anderson)\nKid’s Kingdom at Enterprise Park\nShasta County Library\nShasta YMCA\nEnterprise High School\nCentral Valley High School\nNumerous elementary and middle schools throughout the county\n\nMeal dates\, times\, and locations vary by site. \nFull meal schedule \nFree summer meals help ensure local children stay nourished\, active\, and ready to learn all summer long.
