Each week is filled with boating skills\, aquatic activities\, and environmental education with an emphasis on water and boating safety. SUMMARY:Chico Aquajets & Minijets Swim Team
DESCRIPTION:Chico Aqua Jets is a year-round competitive swim program for ages 5-18 years. We welcome all swim levels\, any time of year\, from the young swimmer who can swim a 25 yard lap to the experienced\, competitive swimmer\, and all abilities in between.  Coaches work with swimmers of all levels and ages on stroke technique and endurance\, encouraging each swimmer to reach his or her potential.  Swimmers have the option to swim year-round or participate seasonally. \nThe first step to join the team is to attend a swimmer evaluation.  Evaluations take place Monday – Friday from 3:30-4:30pm at In Motion Fitness and take approximately 15 minutes. Please sign in at the front desk as a Chico Aquajet guest if you are not an In Motion Fitness member. The Red Bluff McGlynn Community Pool opens for the summer on Saturday\, June 13 and runs through August 8\, 2026. \nThanks to generous community sponsors\, all youth ages 17 and under swim FREE all summer long. \nPublic Swim Hours\n\nMonday–Friday: 1:00 PM–4:00 PM\nSaturday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM\nClosed Sundays\n\nAdmission\n\nAges 17 & Under: Free\nAdults (18–60): $2\nSeniors (60+): $1\n\nSwim Lessons\nEight-day swim lesson sessions are available for $50 per participant. \nSession 1: June 22–July 2Session 2: July 6–16Session 3: July 20–30 \nLessons are held Monday–Thursday. \nLap Swim\nMonday\, Wednesday & Friday\n7:30–9:30 AM \nSeason Passes\nIndividual: $30\nFamily: $25 per person \n  \nBring the family\, cool off\, and enjoy a summer of swimming\, fun\, and community at the Red Bluff Community Pool!
