DESCRIPTION:Make a splash this summer with the Redding Swim Team’s Summer Ducks Program! Young swimmers will build confidence\, improve technique\, develop water safety skills\, and make new friends in a fun and supportive team environment. \nDates: June 8–July 24\, 2026 \nYouth Program\nFor swimmers who can swim 15 yards of freestyle (breathing to the side) and 15 yards on their back. \nPractice Options: \n\nRedding Aquatic Center: Monday–Thursday\, 9:15–10:45 AM\nShasta College: Monday–Thursday\, 5:30–6:30 PM\n\nHigh School Program (8th Grade & Up)\nDesigned for swimmers preparing for high school swim season. \nPractice Options: \n\nRedding Aquatic Center: Monday–Friday\, 9:15–10:45 AM\nShasta College: Monday–Thursday\, 5:30–6:30 PM\n\nSpecial Events\n\nTeam Photo: June 16\, 5:00 PM at Shasta College\nMini Swim Meets: June 25 & July 9 at 5:00 PM\n\nParticipants will improve stroke technique\, build endurance\, develop teamwork\, and gain confidence both in and out of the water. \n
