Shasta\, who will be discussing the health benefits of avocados.\n\n\n\nEnjoy a fun\, safe walk at your own pace\, learn tips from Dr. Newton and meet new friends. This event is free to attend and all are welcome. We also welcome well-behaved four legged friends on leashes.\n\n\n\nWe’ll meet at Lake Siskiyou Trail Parking Lot (W. A Barr Rd.\, Mt. Shasta) in the parking lot across from the tennis courts on Saturday\, April 11 at 9 a.m. The walk will be for one hour. We hope to see you there!
