Our mission is to provide families with accessible resources that support a well-rounded\, healthy lifestyle. Explore our three pillars — Nutritional Support\, Physical Health and Mental Health — to find practical tools\, local connections\, and everyday ideas that help children thrive at home\, at school and in the community. Each year\, over 400 kids and families come together for this special free event – We hope you’ll be part of it too! \nJoin us as we celebrate HEALTHY LIVING with our 2oth annual FREE fun run/walk! \nThe first 300 registrants will receive a T-shirt featuring the winning Art Contest design. \nNo pets\, rollerblades\, or bikes permitted on the course. \nStrollers are welcome! \nChildren must be accompanied by an adult during the race.
