On the Cover: Chloe Brandii majors in instrumental music, vocal music and dance at Inspire School of Arts & Sciences in Chico and her boyfriend, drummer Colby Cramer-Hicks, majors in recording arts and instrumental music. The two are both seniors and, because they are a couple, could be safely photographed together without wearing masks. With the help of Inspire, Chloe recorded her first album and Colby says the school gave him the “opportunity to do what I am passionate about for all four years of high school.”
