Join this evidence-informed, award-winning training by Darkness to Light designed to empower adults to prevent, recognize, and respond responsibly to child and youth sexual abuse. Through real-life insights and practical strategies, participants will learn how to better protect children in their families, organizations, and communities.
Topics Include:
– Recognizing signs and myths vs. facts of abuse
– Reducing opportunities for abuse (including online environments)
– Strengthening communication across cultures
– Applying the 5 Steps to Protecting Children
A family dinner and child care are included. This training is free to attend.
