Join us at Old City Hall for a festive First Friday packed with creativity and community cheer! We’ll be hosting a Holiday Boutique featuring unique handmade gifts, free card-making with Miss Cassie and Miss Racheal from 4–6pm, and holiday performances from the Shasta Kids Chorus.

Please note: The Arts Council will close at 6pm so our staff and guests can head over together to enjoy the Downtown Tree Lighting at Market Street Plaza at 7pm.
