Why wait ‘til midnight to see the ball drop when you can celebrate at noon! Join us for Noon Year’s Eve at Turtle Bay by sharing your New Year’s resolution, creating a fun party hat, and celebrating together. Confetti Celebrations are scheduled for countdowns to 11am, 11:30am, and 12pm.
