Siskiyou Community Food Bank; Yreka. Food bank for low-income individuals and families. SCFB earned a gold seal from Guidestar. Provides financial literacy classes at Weed High School. Partners with Health Ministry Foundation in Mount Shasta to provide a large teaching garden and green house for SFA clients to learn how to grow food, even in small spaces. Orland Pantry. Providing emergency food up to 12 times in a calendar year for the communities of Artois, Capay, Hamilton City, Ord Bend and Orland. Food is distributed based on family size and a nutritionally balanced diet. Families must show proof of residency and ID.
