September 26, 2025 @ 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Mental Health First Aid is a FREE training that gives people the skills to identify, understand and respond to people experiencing a mental health, substance use or suicide challenge.

Who should take the training? Everyone. It is not just for professionals. Community members, parents, volunteers, and more, will gain useful knowledge and confidence to help someone in crisis.

Youth Mental Health First Aid:

  • Is designed for adults who regularly interact with young people
  • Introduces common mental health challenges for youth
  • Reviews typical adolescent development
  • Teaches how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations
  • Includes anxiety, depression, substance use, self-harm, suicide, psychosis, ADHD, eating disorders, and more

In addition to the in person class, each student will be required to complete 2 hours of online pre-work.

*Register at our Event Website link below.
