Joe Craven and his daughter Hattie will awaken your voice to new possibilities quickly and in very fun ways so you can find greater confidence in music making and add greater expression to your singing of a song or scatting melodies right in the moment.  This is not an ability-based class – anyone can do what the Cravens will bring to this workshop!  They connect creativity to what you already do and move you forward from there.  You’ll think differently about sound, fearlessness, and yourself!

Joe Craven is a sound farmer, educator, and record producer who has played with famous artists including Jerry Garcia, Vassar Clements, and Alison Brown.  Hattie Craven is a seasoned actor in community theater, and has built a reputation as one of the finest young performers on the stages of festivals including Strawberry Music Festival, California Worldfest, and Live Oak Music Festival — all to standing ovations.
