Every year in May, Minds Matter brings together service providers, advocates and artists to raise awareness for mental health in Shasta County.

Find your light and build your path to wellness at the 17th annual Minds Matter Mental Health Resource Fair. Come explore ways to live well and support one another at this FREE, family-friendly event.

At the event you can:

• Talk with mental health and substance use treatment providers.
• Take a mini workshop to expand your wellness toolbox.
• Listen to Brave Faces advocates share their personal experiences with recovery.
• Get creative at the outdoor open art studio.
