Godly Play is a Montessori-inspired approach to Christian formation that not only helps children explore the mystery of God’s presence in their lives but provides a working model for life-long Christian learning.

Each Sunday, children from the ages of 4 and up are invited to gather for a blessing in the All Saints’ sanctuary during the 9:30 am worship service; they can then proceed to Godly Play in a dedicated space where they can listen to a sacred story, reflect on what they’ve heard, and respond creatively by working with art materials.

This creative session is followed by a brief time of fellowship in which the children serve one another a small “feast.” At the close of this 45-minute Godly Play session, children can choose to return to the sanctuary for communion or receive a blessing and dismissal.
