Fall is the best time to plant the hardiest perennial plants & shrubs in our area. Our Fall Plant Sale focuses on hardy perennial plants including California natives and other drought-tolerant Mediterranean climate zone plants, grasses, many unusual flowering plants, evergreen groundcovers, and shrubs. Free gardening advice will be available throughout the day from Arboretum and Botanical Gardens staff and volunteers. Come early – some plants sell out fast!
