U $ave Real Estate: Let Us Find Your Home Sweet Home

Home Sweet Home. Whether you’re buying your first or fifth home or selling the house you raised your family in, real estate transactions can be stressful and take a big chunk of your valuable time. That’s why when Kim Lozano started U $ave Real Estate back in the summer of 2006 she had a clear goal: make the experience of buying or selling a home in Shasta County a positive one.

Kim and her team of agents work seven days a week to support their clients. “We know most of our clients work during the day so we are available evenings and weekends,” she says. “Our clients know they can reach us by phone, text or email – whatever makes their life easier.”

All the agents at U $ave Real Estate have diverse backgrounds and bring a lot of experience to the business. Danit Dollar, an agent with U $ave for over six years, says, “We have a lot of knowledge and experience with the ins and outs of real estate, and are available to answer questions and show properties weekdays, nights and weekends. As a group we have a very large sales volume – our proven sales record is a result of our customer-focused environment.”

Kim has deep roots in Shasta County: her grandparents moved to Redding after her grandfather took a job working on the Shasta Dam. Kim went to Shasta High School as did her mother. She has watched three more generations of her family grow up here: her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren are all from Redding.

After receiving her real estate license in 2002 and working as an agent for several years, Kim decided to become a broker in 2006 and start her own business. She now employs 11 agents, including her daughter, son, and daughter-in-law. U $ave has many residential clients but also works with clients who buy and sell commercial, business, land, and multi-use property.

According to Kim, “Buying or selling your home is one of the biggest decisions in life. Our clients come back to us time and time again because they know we have the knowledge and experience in the industry to save them time and money and we have loyal and caring agents who will support them through the process.”
