Escaping an everyday routine for a couple’s getaway can feel like an unattainable fantasy. Making all the arrangements to cover children, pets and responsibilities can seem like too much trouble. But keeping a marriage vital and engaged by spending quality time together is worth the effort. Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites in Ashland, Oregon, offers a delightful destination with package deals, well-appointed rooms, and a relaxing ambiance.

Locally owned by the Neuman Hotel Group, the Ashland Hills Hotel recently experienced a massive makeover. The owners have taken a hotel with fantastic bones and made it truly special. The décor in the lobby is hand selected and each piece adds to the sophisticated retro-modern design. Breakfast is served in an upstairs area where windows overlook the Rogue Valley.

The Neuman Hotel Group’s mission includes a commitment to excellence. “Our team is dedicated to creating cherished memories by providing personalized service and genuine hospitality,” says Don Anway, NHG General Manager. That is obvious when you visit – the staff is warm and welcoming.

Famed for its farm-to-table cuisine, Larks serves a grilled ribeye steak that should not be missed, cooked to perfection with a rosemary demi-glace and sautéed wild mushrooms. They also offer delicious seafood and vegetarian options.

At the Waterstone Spa next door to the Ashland Springs Hotel, couples can indulge in an array of side-by-side relaxation experiences. After a day of browsing the charming stores along Main Street, a “Foot Refresher” is just the thing to rejuvenate before dinner at Larks. Couples sit together on a couch and sip a glass of champagne while having their feet soaked, scrubbed and massaged. With the Neuman Hotel Group properties, it is one relaxing experience after another.

The executive suites at the Ashland Hills Hotel are gorgeous, and include a flat screen television, brand new beds, and a giant jetted bathtub. Several package deals are offered, starting at $109, including one called the “Getaway” that includes an overnight stay in a suite, a $30 meal credit at Larks Restaurant, and two movie tickets to a local theater. Wine tasting and river rafting packages are also available.

Situated to take advantage of all that Ashland has available, such as numerous golf courses, local wineries, hiking, biking, jet boat trips and rafting, the Ashland Hills Hotel offers couples the perfect opportunity to reconnect.
